Personalized analysis and consultation of your daily consumption prior to nutrition coaching to highlight the foods that you have been eating or drinking. This will provide clarity on the things that have been holding you back.
4. ON-GOING MEAL CONSULTING
Daily feedback on meals. You will be asked to share pictures of meals and we will provide feedback (portion adjustments, food reductions, and or swaps to make the meal more nutritious and aligned with your goal)
5. Recipe Library
You will receive a library of meals that will you can swap into the daily meal plan after we have collaborated on a specific plan that fits your lifestyle and food preferences.
6. GROCERY/SUPPLE MENT STORE VISIT
