Workout Prep Checklist
Make sure to eat at least one hour before working out (oatmeal, smoothie or small dish with carbs)
Comfortable shoes
Workout Gloves (optional, I have some at my gym for you to use)
Bring fully charged Fit Bit/Apple Watch for tracking how many calories burned (optional)
Bring water (optional, I have some at my gym for you)
Yoga Mat (optional, I have some at my gym for you to use)
If you are training remotely, take a look at the exercises to ensure you understand and or have the equipment to execute
